The Barn Building seats 150 with a venue capacity of 300 and includes 23 wooden tables (13-3×6 rectangle, 9-42″ round, 1 60″ round) and includes:
150 chairs outside
175 chairs inside
12×16 cedar gazebo
1800 square foot outdoor dance floor & band/DJ stand
The Garden Building Venue seats 100 with a venue capacity of 300 and includes:
19 wooden tables (10-3×6 rectangle, 9-60″ round)
100 wooden chairs inside
100 chairs outside
12×20 cedar gazebo
1200 square foot outside dance floor & band/DJ stand
General information:
All day rentals 9:30AM-Midnight with staff on call during events
Do it yourself venue (set up available for a fee)
Your vendors are WELCOME
FREE one hour rehearsal (Monday-Thursday)
Use of BOTH venues for bridal and engagement pictures (must have a scheduled appointment)
Clean up provided after event (refer to policies)
Buildings are climate controlled on 6 acres of land complete with refrigerators, stove and bar areas, plus an outdoor BBQ pit and smoker
Tablecloths, Glass dinnerware, Centerpieces etc. Are available for rent
Sundays are 5% off Friday events receive an additional 2 hours to set up on Thursday evening AFTER 8PM with a 1 hour rehearsal (if applicable)
Hourly rentals are available Monday- Wednesday ONLY (clean up NOT included)
Alcohol permitted
No Fireworks, No Sparklers, No Beer Bottles
